COURSE DESCRIPTION

Microsoft Project is an in-depth, complicated, yet extremely useful program. Our Level 3 class is a customized course, which allows students to practice, enhance, and refine the skills learned in lessons 1 and 2. They will take advantage of all the tools that the program has to offer as they go through a multi phase, several hundred step, project. There is a strong emphasis on problem solving where scenarios can reflect specific real world situations the employees may face. They will learn the steps to take to adapt when, for example, requirements change or resources become unavailable. Interaction is encouraged allowing students to address their specific goals and reinforce material from the previous two sessions. This is a one-day, (6 hour) course.
